und am Abend schoen.



The main quality of the tour guides was clearly making Caipirinhas (which is important as well, of course), not explaining things about the great environment of the Pantanal. But with boat and trekking tours, jeep safaris and a horse riding expedition, we did see a lot of different environments and animals. I am very sure now that the Capivara is the largest rodent on earth (got told so by the guide about 10 times) and know that Piranha fishing is not for me (3 times - no catch).

Giving up fishing after about half an hour, I rather went off looking for some more of the Capivaras, Kaimans and different birds.
















Jetzt bin ich erst mal froh wieder eine ordentliche Dusche nehmen zu koennen und ausnahmsweise nicht versalzenes, zaehes Fleisch vom Grill zu essen. Den Anblick der Milchstrasse bei Nacht werde ich allerdings auch vermissen.
